How does the refund work?

Is it possible to perform upgrades or downgrades?
Upgrades are possible according to the availability of space on the Virtualization NODE where your VPS server is allocated. If there are no resources available, we release a new server with the new plan chosen, so that the data can be migrated and only after that we remove the previous server.
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to perform downgrades, it is necessary to purchase a new plan and carry out the data migration.

Colocation and Connectivity
How does the colocation service work?
When contracting a colocation service, the customer is responsible for sending the equipment (server) to be used in our premium infrastructure.
The installation can be carried out by the client himself when accessing our infrastructure or through our remote-hands service, which is an unlimited service included in the colocation plans where the client requests our technical team to physically intervene the server for assembly , reboot, installation or similar.
How does the connectivity service work?
